I am a bit, yeah. I've grown up fascinated by it and I'm a big Band of Brothers fan - they, of course, being the boys of the 506th, who are mentioned a few times in this.

I tend to be a snob about fic in my other fandoms. I mean, I don't even read my main Stargate ship if they haven't used my names for the characters (which is really arrogant, I know), but I read a lot in this fandom.

I would recommend anything recced by letterbomb___, though. And iphignia's work is some of my favourite.

Fics I recommend would be "A Pillowcase Correspondence" and "Sunshine and Eye Daggers". I love them both.
